Tank cleaning and maintenance is an important work content in the current tank use. For tank cleaning and maintenance, the general work flow mainly includes:
1. Check the appearance of the tank for damage and missing parts.
2. Empty the residual liquid in the tank.
3. Open the bottom valve, vent valve and manhole, and remove the manhole gasket.
4. Flush with high-pressure hot water or steam.
5. Use a blower to ventilate and exhaust the tank.
6. Observe whether the tank is basically clean, odorless and full of air at the tank.
7. The operator enters the tank for the second cleaning.
8. Disassemble and clean the vent valve and the bottom valve, and check whether the entire gasket is damaged. If damaged, replace it with a new one.
9. After the whole tank is cleaned, dry it with dry and clean air.
10. After the manhole gasket is replaced with a new one, close all valves and conduct the air tightness test of 1BAR.
11. If there is no leakage, keep the pressure and wait for the cabinet to come out.
